Shipping Area

Emma Rose Treasures currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Carrier and Rates

Orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping charges are calculated by Shopify and USPS at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, and total shipment weight. No free-shipping threshold is currently offered.

Processing Time

In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the USPS service selected and the customer’s location.

Tracking

Tracking information will be included when the USPS service selected through Shopify provides tracking.

Packaging

A 6 × 9 shipping envelope can accommodate up to three cards with their individual envelopes.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Emma Rose Treasures is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Carrier Delays, Loss, Theft, and Damage

Emma Rose Treasures carefully inspects and packages every order before shipment. Once a package has been accepted by USPS or another postal carrier, Emma Rose Treasures is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please retain the item, original packaging, shipping label, and clear photographs if a carrier claim is needed.
